Adv. Shmulik Yannay
Meet Shmuel, a dynamic economist with a passion for cutting-edge technologies, entrepreneurship, and investment banking.
With experience as Director and Chief of Investment Banking at the American Yorkville Foundation, he brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
Shmuel holds a BA degree in Economics and an LL.B. degree in Laws from Hebrew University in Jerusalem, fueling his drive for innovation and success.
Shmuel holds an Israeli Bar license as Israeli lawyer.
Dr. Noam Chehanovsky
PhD in plant sciences from Volcani institute.
Noam is highly experienced in the agtech, with over 14 years of experience in leading R&D-based ventures across ecosystem. He is a startups expert, and his previous roles includes founder and CTO at RCK medical cannabis, an award-winning Israeli cannabis genetics company, former VP Business development at BugEra-Bio, a startup company that develop solutions for recycling waste into energy using BSF, and co-founder and Chief Scientist at Nature-Growth Incubator.
Dr. Dror Minz
With a strong academic background, Dror is a distinguished researcher and educator in the field of environmental sciences. He completed his studies at Tel Aviv University before pursuing postdoctoral research at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and the Max Planck Institute in Bremen, Germany.
Currently serving as a researcher at the Institute for Soil, Water, and Environmental Sciences, he also imparts his knowledge as a teacher at the Hebrew University.
Dror has made significant contributions to the field, having supervised 23 MSc and PhD students, mentored 11 postdoctoral fellows, and authored over 100 scientific papers.
Dr. Ada Viterbo
Dr. Ada Viterbo brings a wealth of experience from both academia and industry R&D, with a profound focus on the intricate interactions between plants and microorganisms, spanning from fundamental research to practical applications in agriculture.
Previously, she held the position of Head of Bio-fungicide Research at Lavie-Bio, spearheading the discovery and refinement of microbial-based products.
Dr. Viterbo earned her PhD in Life Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, delving into the infection strategies of phytopathogenic fungi. Her postdoctoral endeavors took her to the University of Stockholm and the Weizmann Institute of Science, where she investigated cyanobacteria-plant symbiosis and induced systemic plant resistance to fungi, respectively.
Shirley Sheffer Hoffman
MBA in marketing from Tel-Aviv university.
With over 20 years of experience in business development and investments, Shirley brings a multiplying force to N2OFF’s business development efforts. Her previous roles include a director of marketing at ECI, VP investments at Capital nature, and VP Business Development at BGN, tech transfer unit of Ben-Gurion University.
Rona Ziskin
Rona Ziskin is an enthusiastic PhD student and agricultural expert with a broad educational background and a fervent dedication to sustainable soil practices.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Agroecology and Plant Health at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, her research centers on modifying nitrous oxide emissions through the control of bacterial communities in wheat roots, under the mentorship of Dr. Dror Mintz.
With an M.Sc. focused on various amendments for addressing soil sodicity in orchards, and a B.Sc. in Plant Sciences, Rona brings a comprehensive perspective to her academic pursuits.
Omri Vardi-Perlstein
Omri Vardi-Perlstein holds a BSc in Agroecology and Plant Health, as well as an MSc in Environmental Studies, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
During his MSc program, Omri focused on biocontrol solutions targeting bacterial plant diseases, delving into plant-bacteria interactions and mastering various laboratory techniques.
With extensive field experience as a phytopathologist at EcoPhage LTD and various agricultural farms, Omri brings practical expertise to complement his academic background.
Eva Fattahi
Meet Eva, a dynamic marketing and communications professional with a flair for innovation and a passion for making a difference. Armed with a degree from Syracuse University's S.I.
Newhouse School and experience at CBS Television's Affiliate Relations Department, she brings a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to the table. With a knack for staying ahead of the curve, she's now focused on bringing cutting-edge technology to the forefront of the marketplace.
